You pay first, then you get the software.
1. Sign in at Your account (or create one) and press Buy beside the product. Payments are
handled by Stripe; your card number never reaches this site.
2. Once the payment goes through, your account shows ⬇ Download. Only you can download it.
3. Install it and start it once. It shows its own licence key.
4. Paste that key beside your purchase under Activate a computer. The program switches on at its next check —
AOProTec within 4 hours, or straight away if you restart it.
One purchase = one computer. New computer? Use Move to a new computer on your account (once every 30 days; the old one stops).

It looks like AOP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. AOProTec shows it at the top right of Help → About and in its activation window; City Racing shows it in its “Activate your copy” window. Select it and press Ctrl+C to copy it. One key = one computer.
No internet, or antonopic.com is down? A paid copy of AOProTec keeps protecting your computer for up to 7 days after its last licence check, on the signed receipt it keeps — a website outage, a trip or a power cut never switches it off. After 7 days without reaching antonopic.com, or on a copy that has never been confirmed as paid, AOProTec does not start its protection: it shows “AOProTec needs to check its licence” with your licence number and a Check Again button, and carries on the moment it can reach the site. The antonopic.com copy of City Racing keeps playing offline for up to 14 days since its last licence check. (This is about having no internet — it has nothing to do with refunds, below.)
If a licence is stopped (a refund, a chargeback, or a copy that was never paid for), the program tells you so on screen at its next check. AOProTec keeps protecting for 30 more minutes, checks once more, and only then shows you a message with a Check again button and closes — so a licence put right in the meantime simply carries on. Nothing is ever removed from your computer secretly — removing a program is always your choice, and Support will walk you through it.
Each product shows its refund period when you buy it (30 days, full refund, is the standard). For a game, the period also ends after 2 hours of play, whichever comes first — a game can be finished in an afternoon. The period you were shown is the one that counts, even if it changes later. Details: Refund policy. A refunded licence is stopped, as above.
Inside AOProTec: Tools → Contact Support. Your licence key and version go with the message, so AOProTec Support knows which copy you mean; you can add your error or debug log and see it before sending. Answers come back into the same window. Never send passwords or card numbers. Or email antonopic@gmail.com.
Forgot your password? Email AOProTec Support from the address you registered with and we will issue a temporary one. Want your account deleted? Ask — an account that never bought anything is deleted completely; one with purchases is closed, and the purchase records are kept because US tax law requires it. What this site stores: Privacy.
🔔 Notify me emails you once you confirm from your inbox, only about that product. Ticking “also send me news” puts you on a separate news list about any antonopic.com software. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
