Parent / Guardian Consent

Published for reading. Selling is not open yet. When it opens, you give this consent from your own email address, by typing your name and the date; your child's Studio page cannot sell anything until you have.

1. You are the parent or legal guardian of the creator, who is between 13 and 17 years old, and you have the authority to agree on their behalf. We may ask for proof.
2. You have read the Creator Agreement and the Community Standards, and you accept the Creator Agreement as the party to it. It binds you, not the child.
3. The account, the sign-in and the Stripe account that receives the money are yours and in your name.
4. You will supervise what your child publishes and sells, and you accept that antonopic.com reviews it before it appears and may take it down.
5. Your child's page shows a display name you choose together — never a surname, school, address, phone number or photograph that identifies the child.
6. Nobody can message your child through this site. Questions about their product come to you through AOProTec Support.
7. You can withdraw this consent at any time by email. The page then comes off sale within 7 days; money already earned is still paid to you; buyers keep what they bought.
8. Illinois law: if your child is under 16 and appears in paid video content, the Child Labor Law of 2024 requires you to set aside part of those earnings for the child. That duty is yours; antonopic.com provides the sales records for it.
9. Taxes on the money are the family's responsibility. Before the first payout you provide a Form W-9 in your name.

• We store about your child only what their page needs: the display name, what they publish, and the licence records of what is sold. No date of birth, no address, no school, no photographs unless you publish one on the page yourself.
• We never collect anything from a child under 13, and we close a page at once if we learn the creator is under 13.
• Every report about your child's page, and every report about a visitor's conduct towards your child, is read by a person and acted on under the Community Standards.
• You can ask at any time to see everything held about your child's page, and to have it deleted.
