The agreement between you and Anton Opic Company for selling what you make on antonopic.com. Plain words on purpose; every sentence is meant to be read.
Published for reading. Selling is not open yet, so this agreement cannot be signed yet. When it opens, you accept it on your Studio page by typing your name and the date β and for a creator under 18, the parent or guardian accepts it (see the Parent / Guardian Consent). Nothing is signed and nothing is charged before then.
Anton Opic Company (Anton Opic, Elgin, Illinois, USA β βthe Companyβ, βweβ) and you, the Creator.
If the creator is under 18, βyouβ in this agreement means the parent or legal guardian, who accepts it, holds the account and receives the money. The young creator is the author of the work and confirms separately that they have read the Community Standards. Nobody under 13 may have a creator page or an account.
You keep the copyright and every other right in what you make. You give the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to show your work on antonopic.com, describe and promote it (including on the home page, only with your OK), sell it, deliver it to buyers, and keep copies as needed to do that and to keep records. You may sell the same work elsewhere. The licence ends when this agreement ends, except that buyers keep what they bought (section 6).
The Company keeps a share of every sale β every copy, every licence, every payment, every time, for as long as you sell here β and you receive the rest. Subscription or not, every payment a buyer makes is a sale, and the share is taken from each one as it happens. There is no "first sale only" and no "one time".
Creators under 18 receive a discount on the Company's share, on every sale; the amount is set before selling opens and shown here.
Better rates for creators in good standing. The Company may keep a smaller share for a creator with a strong record β honest listings, good reviews from verified owners, real support for buyers, no breach of the Community Standards. Whether, when and by how much is the Company's decision, published on this page when it applies; it can be changed or withdrawn, and a change takes effect only for later sales, with the notice in section 10.
Payment processing. Buyers pay through Stripe. Your share is paid to your own Stripe account (for a creator under 18, the parent's or guardian's), which you open when selling starts; Stripe's own fees and terms apply to that account. Before the first payout you give us a completed IRS Form W-9, and where the law requires we send you a Form 1099 for the year. You are responsible for your own taxes; the Company reports and pays tax on its share only.
Refunds and chargebacks. A buyer may get a full refund within the period shown at the time of sale (refund policy). A refund or a chargeback is taken back out of your share, including from future sales if needed; the Company's share is returned as well. Disputes a buyer raises with their bank are handled by the Company with Stripe, and you help with what is asked.
Rates can change. A change is posted on this page and emailed to you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it applies only to sales made after that date. If you do not agree, you may end this agreement before the change takes effect (section 7).
Each buyer receives your program under the Creator Software Licence: one licence per computer, for the period shown at sale. You are the licensor; the Company is the store that delivers it, checks the licence and handles payment, refunds and receipts. Questions about how your program works come to you through AOProTec Support (for a creator under 18, through the parent); you answer them within a reasonable time. A buyer keeps what they bought even if this agreement ends.
You may end it at any time by email; your page and items come off sale within 7 days, and money already earned is still paid. The Company may end it with 30 days' notice for any reason, or at once if your work or conduct breaks section 3 or the Community Standards, if you are under 18 and the parent withdraws consent, or if the law requires. Sections 2 (for existing buyers), 4 (money owed), 6, 8 and 9 continue after the end.
You are responsible for your work and your page. If someone claims that your work copies theirs, harms them, or breaks the law, and the claim is about something you did or promised in section 3, you cover the Company's reasonable costs and any amount it has to pay because of it, and you help us answer the claim. The Company does not promise any number of sales. The Company's total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the Company's share of your sales in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
The parent or guardian accepts this agreement as the party, confirms they have authority to, holds the account and the Stripe account, supervises what is published, and may withdraw consent at any time (which ends the agreement under section 7). The Company may ask for proof of guardianship and may refuse or close a page if it is not given. Illinois law: if a creator under 16 appears in paid video content, the parent must set aside part of the earnings for the child as the Child Labor Law of 2024 requires; that duty is the parent's, and the Company will provide the sales records needed for it.
This agreement, the Community Standards, the Parent / Guardian Consent (where it applies) and the Privacy policy are the whole agreement between you and the Company about selling on antonopic.com. The Company may update it with 30 days' notice by email and on this page; continuing to sell after that date is acceptance, and ending the agreement before it is always open to you. It is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. If there is a disagreement, both sides first try to settle it by talking, and failing that in the state or federal courts for Kane County, Illinois. If any part is found invalid, the rest still applies. Notices go by email to antonopic@gmail.com and to the address on your account.
Version 1.0, published 3 November 2026. Anton Opic Company reserves the right to change this agreement as described in section 10; the version you accepted is kept with your account.
