Plain and simple: if what you bought is not right for you, you can have your money back.
Ask within the refund period of the product you bought, and you get a full refund — the whole amount you paid, tax included. You do not have to give a reason.
The standard period is 30 days from the day you paid. Each product's period is shown beside its buy button before you pay, and the period that applies to you is the one shown when you bought — a later change never shortens it.
Games are different in one way. A game can be finished in an afternoon, so for a game the refund period also ends after 2 hours of play, whichever comes first — the same rule the big game stores use. The limit is shown beside the buy button, and your account page shows how long you have played, so there is never a surprise.
| Product | Full refund within | Also ends after |
|---|---|---|
| AOProTec | 30 days | — |
| City Racing | 30 days | 2 hours of play |
Email antonopic@gmail.com from the address on your account, and say which purchase you mean — the licence number or the date is enough. You can also use the help link in your receipt email.
Payments on this site are handled by Link, a Stripe company, which acts as the seller of record for each purchase: it takes the payment, handles the tax and sends your receipt. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.
A refund takes back exactly what that purchase paid for, and nothing more:
Write anyway if something went wrong — you were charged twice, the software would not work on your computer, or anything else that does not seem fair. Every request gets a real answer from the person who wrote the software.
Please contact AOProTec Support before disputing a charge with your bank. A dispute is slower for you, and a refund within the period is always quicker.
This policy adds to the rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live. It never takes any of them away. Where the law gives you more — for example a longer period to cancel — the law wins.
In effect from 12 October 2026; the play-time rule for games added 3 November 2026 (it applies to purchases made after that date). Questions: antonopic@gmail.com.
