Anton Opic

Creator Software Licence

The licence you receive when you buy a program made by a creator on antonopic.com. (AOProTec has its own licence agreement, shown when you install it.)

1. Who gives you the licence

The creator named on the product page made the program and licenses it to you. Anton Opic Company (antonopic.com) is the store: it delivers the download, checks the licence, and handles payment, receipts and refunds under the Terms of sale. Payments are processed by Stripe.

2. What you may do

  • Install and use the program on one computer per purchase, for the period shown when you bought it (or permanently if it was shown as a one-time purchase). Moving it to a new computer is done from your account page.
  • Keep a backup copy for your own use.
  • Use what you make with the program (your game saves, your documents, your pictures) however you like — it is yours.

3. What you may not do

  • Copy, sell, rent, lend or give the program to others, or put it on more computers than you have licences for.
  • Remove the licence check, the creator's name or the copyright notice, or pass the program off as your own.
  • Take the program apart to copy its code or assets, beyond what the law expressly allows.
  • Use it to harm anyone, or in a way that breaks the Community Standards or the law.

4. What you can rely on

  • Before a creator's program is offered for sale, antonopic.com checks that it is the file the creator uploaded and scans it for malicious code. The creator has promised that the work is their own and does nothing it does not say.
  • You have the full refund period shown at the time of purchase — and, for a game, the play-time limit shown with it (refund policy); a refund ends the licence.
  • Questions about how the program works go to AOProTec Support, which passes them to the creator and makes sure you get an answer.
  • The program is provided as it is. The creator and Anton Opic Company do not promise that it is free of mistakes or suits a particular purpose; if it does not suit you, the refund is the remedy. Beyond the refund, the total liability of the creator and of Anton Opic Company to you for a product is the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

5. Ending

The licence ends when its period ends, when you get a refund, or if you break section 3. If a creator stops selling on antonopic.com, you keep what you bought for its period.
